Two weeks ago, we reported that Doughnut Dolly is also popping up literally around the corner at The Market. This is giving customer’s definitely much more choice BUT also streamlines the competition. Bon Marché owner Matt Semmelhack says that until he can
sell the place outright to a new operator, he’s looking to fill it with
five or six vendors like Minnie Bell’s, so that it can become an all-day
food hall.

You better get eating.
