Off The Menu: Doña Tomás Kicks off Oakland Restaurant Week

Oakland Restaurant Week is upon us, and the beloved Mexican restaurant, Doña Tomás, has a list of offerings sure to make your mouth water.

Here’s the skinny: a prixe fixe menu of three courses including quesadillas de requeson y calabaza, carnitas with smashed pinto beans, and chiles rellenos stuffed with cheese, butternut squash, and a smattering of other deliciousness. Finish of a perfect dinner with Mexican flourless cake and homemade chocolate sauce. All this culinary perfection for $30? Looks like we’re heading to Telegraph Avenue– ahora.

Doña Tomás will also offer a burrito and drink lunch special for $10 in celebration of Oakland Restaurant Week. Be there or be square.
