There are common types of fruits found in most parts of the world, while some types are only found in specific regions depending on various factors including but not limited to climatic conditions.

Water Lemon is famed for its mild perfume taste.


Rated as the second-largest fruit in the world, the watermelon or Citrullus lanatus comes in more than 800 varieties and can weigh up to 15kg.

The oval-shaped fruit has juicy tasty flesh that is yellow or red in color depending on the variety.

The common fruit has seeds that vary in color depending on the variety. It can have black, white, or brown seeds.

The water melon, widely consumed in the summer, is loved for its low-calorie content 

The water melon is rich in a variety of nutrients including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

The fruit has a 6% sugar content and a 90% water content. 

Watermelons are known to control food cravings as well as helping in keeping the body hydrated.

They are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and vitamin B6 as well as amnio acids.

The watermelon helps in reducing blood pressure in people with obesity and hypertension.

9.White Mulberry Fruit

The white mulberry fruit is a fruit that grows on the white mulberry tree also known as the Morus Alba tree.

The tree and fruit are majorly found in parts of Northern China.

The fruit is rich in antioxidants such as Cyanidin, Rustin, and myricetin among others.

The white mulberry also contains high contents of minerals like Iron, potassium, vitamin C and Vitamin E.
