Now that we are on it, you will be relieved to hear that Adidas offers a full refund within 30 days of your purchase of course with a receipt. Let’s take you through the policy first.
Return Policy at Adidas
If you have brought any product during the seasonal surge, they are non-refundable if applied any.
Orders in the holiday season (11/16/21-1/11/22), are eligible for a 60-day return policy, i.e. you will be able to return your product within 60 days.
Personalized products are non-returnable.
Any face/mouth covers are not eligible for a return policy.
Hype items like Yeezy should be returned within seven days of delivery through the online returns system. During the ordering procedure, the product page informs the seven-day return window.

Procedure to return the product at Adidas
Customers with Adidas Account
Step 1: Sign in to the Creators Club Account for the product that you want to return.
Step 2: Initiate the return with proper reason and confirm the return by selecting the payment method.
Step3: If you want to exchange any product, select the same product and opt for your new size.
Step 4: Pack your product and ensure to stick the return label over the pre-printed label.
Note: In case you lose your return label, a new return label would be automatically initiated to your email after you complete Step 1.
Step 5: Adidas will arrange to pick up your product within 72 hours of your request for the initiation of return.
Note: Your product will take 2-7 business days to reach the Order processing center. So keep patience and wait for your refund.
Step 1: Go for the “Order Track”.
Step 2: Submit your order number and email address to the page to find the product that you want to return.
Step 3: Select your product to return(along with your reason) or exchange and the payment method available for your refund.
Step 4: Stick the return label and confirm the shipment procedure.
Standards to meet while you are returning a product to Adidas.
The package should be from within the United States.
The product must be in its initial condition and packaging.
No identifications/labels/tags from the product should be pulled.
All the accessories tagged with the product should have the original packaging.
Note: Purchases only from www.adidas.com are valid. No return of products from other retailers is allowed.
Sticking Label and Shipment Return
In case you don’t have a printer available around you to print. What do you do?
Save the return FedEx QR code or return label to your mobile device and provide it at the time of delivery.
Return the item(s) in the original box, or any other box you have on hand.
Enclose the product within the box and apply your return label over the original pre-printed label, or present the return FedEx QR code to the FedEx driver when dropping it off.

It will take 7-14 business days to process your return and initiate your refund.
Adidas Exchange Policy
If stock is available, Adidas offers free size exchanges. The next steps are to guide more about the return/exchange policies:
Once you opt for the exchange of your product a new exchange order will be created. It will be valid for 7 days; therefore, you will need to drop off the product at the return carrier within that period.
Once the warehouse team has processed the returned items, your exchange order will begin processing.
Allow 1-2 business days for approval, plus standard shipping times. When your product arrives, you will receive an email with your exchange order tracking information. You can check your “Tracking Information” in your Order History.
To enjoy adidas.com’s free exchanges, the package must be physically mailed from within the United States.
Concerns with refunds
Within 10 business days of the return being dropped off at the return drop-off site, a refund will be provided to your original mode of payment.
Your refund may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account. Normal bank processing delays apply, and it could take up to a complete billing cycle for your payment to be processed.
Please contact Adidas if 14 working days have passed after you received the refund notification and you have not received your refund.
Be informed that if you used a pre-paid credit card, the refund will be issued to the original card. If you used a pre-paid card, please keep it until you receive your order.
Products purchased in a physical Adidas store can be returned to any Adidas store in the United States for a refund with your original receipt. Please see the return policy printed on the reverse of your receipt for further information.
It will be an online order if you placed an order in one of their stores and had it delivered to you.
Note: Gift card orders will be reimbursed and a new digital gift card will be emailed to the order’s email address. Gift card balances will be repaid in full before the credit card on file is refunded on returns bought in part using a gift card.
