How to claim the warranty?
If the tire is covered by warranty, Zolman Tire will repair or replace your tire(s).
1. One should provide their vehicle’s make, model, year, and proof of purchase of the tires to file a claim. The proof of purchase must be dated within the last 90 days while the tires themselves must be dated within one year from the date of installation.
2. The tire must be in a usable state for Zolman Tire to repair or replace. If the tire has a puncture that is greater than 3/4 of the tread depth, or if it is worn down to the steel belts, it will not be covered under warranty.
3. For tires that are out-of-warranty, Zolman Tire sells replacement tread depth charts that can determine their usability themselves. For example, if one’s tire’s tread depth is 0.5/32nd of an inch, this means it has a usable life left of 5% or less.
4. For tires that have been installed on a vehicle that is not listed on the Proof of Purchase (for example, if it is a used tire), the tire must be returned to Zolman Tire for evaluation.
5. If one’s warranty claim is approved, they will be refunded for the cost of two new tires plus installation and labor costs associated with them. They will then receive a credit for two new tires at no additional cost to them.
6. If one’s warranty claim is rejected, the tire will be returned to them for a refund of their original purchase price.
7. In the event of an approved warranty claim, Zolman Tire will install two new tires at no additional charge to the customer to repair or replace their tire(s). If one’s tire(s) has been repaired or replaced, they will receive a credit for the cost of the labor associated with this process within 10 days of submission and have their current rim stamped with the date that Zolman Tire service was completed on it.
