In the last decade, Greenbrier launched its loyalty program with the name “Greenbrier Loyalty Program”. The program primarily aims to acknowledge the guests’ commitment to the resort’s tradition and award them various benefits to showcase their loyalty. 

On signing up, the guests have an opportunity to earn points per dollar spent on the resort. Each stay by the guests would offer them a unique experience and an opportunity to earn points, which would make them want to come back. In this program, there are four levels of membership. The common rewards that are earned at all the four levels are as follows:

  1. For the months of January to April
  • Earn 2000 points during the middle of the week or 3000 points per week for spending a night in a room. 
  • Earn 500 points per level of membership per night for an available room upgrade.
  1. For the months of May to October
  • Earn 6000 points during the middle of the week or 8000 points per week for spending a night in a room. 
  • Earn 2000 points per level of membership per night for an available room upgrade.
  1. For the months of November to December
  • Earn 6000 points during the middle of the week or 8000 points per week for spending a night in a room. 
  • Earn 2000 points per level of membership per night for an available room upgrade. 

One important thing to note is that the rooms in the resort are subject to their availability and the point redemption mechanism is dependent upon the blackout dates set by the resort during the year.

The following are the details about the four levels of membership of the program, which is based on the number of points you hold:

  1. The Greenbrier Level: When your points collected range from 0-4000, then you have the Greenbrier level status of the membership. At this level, you get an opportunity to avail the opportunity of availing free room nights and upgrades for upcoming stays at the resort. In simple terms, for every dollar that you spend on availing of the facilities of the resort, you would earn points.
  2. Carleton Valley Level: When your points collected range from 4001-10000, then you have the Carleton Valley status of the membership. This membership level gives you an opportunity to avail yourself of the complimentary room upgrade whenever you check in. The more points you earn, the higher the level of membership you are going to climb.
  3. The Presidential Level: When your points collected range from 10001-25000, then you have the Presidential status of the membership. At this level, the guests can experience the resort staying elite. Luxuries, such as two-room-class upgrades, free access to the spa & sauna services, and complimentary valet parking can be availed by the Presidential level members.
  4. The Justice Level: When your points collected reach 25001 or above, then you have the Justice status of the membership. This is the top-most and the most elite level of membership. The luxurious facilities offered are the same as the presidential level. Two additional facilities offered include up-gradation to the best room available and availability of a personal concierge before and during your visit.
