  • Each consumer can only earn 1500 points, after which their participation in the program will not allow for collecting more points. You won’t need to worry, though, because these are a lot of points and it is difficult to collect so many. 
  • These points cannot be redeemed for cash for any other equivalent. It can be used only for the benefits that the program allows. They also cannot be traded or exchanged without the permission of the company. If the consumer does anything that is not allowed, their points could be canceled and their participation from the program could be withdrawn.
  • Once your account is in good standing with TELUS, you can redeem your points once they have reached the required number. The number of points used for the reward will be decreased once they have been used. You will be required to confirm your identity while redeeming your points. 
  • The points will not expire as long as you are a part of the program. Once you stop being a participant, the points will expire after ninety days from that day.

Who is eligible for the program? 

This program is available only for those customers who have purchased two or more TELUS products. An individual cannot enroll themselves in the program as of now. You need to be a customer and have an account with good standing. Also, no organizational entities can enroll in the program, only individuals can. Once you are enrolled in the program, a Rewards Account will be created for you by TELUS automatically. 

Ending The Program 

With thirty days of prior notice, TELUS can make changes to the program that could affect you negatively. With sixty days of prior notice, they can end the program itself. To make changes like suspending or terminating your participation in the program, they do not need to give you any prior notice. They can cancel the rewards and points you have accumulated. They will do this only if given a reason to do so, like fraudulent behavior on your part. If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions you agreed to, they will have this right. 

There are no warranties concerning this program, and TELUS will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to you by being a part of the program.
