  • 8,000-11,999 monthly gallons- 4 cents per gallon
  • 12,000-14,999 monthly gallons-5 cents per gallon 
  • 15,000+ monthly gallons- 6 cents per gallon

A customer interested in the fleet card visits https://www.murphyusafleet.com/ 

Click on the Apply Now button displayed on the home page

They then are required to fill in their applicant information, Business information 

Reads the terms and conditions outline, check the box and submit their application.

Fees charged on Fleet Cards

Murphy’s charges the business for using the fleet card. 

Below are the fees 

  • $40 for setting up the Business account 
  • $1 per card monthly fee
  • $2 per card to replace a card
  • $25 per Reproduced Purchase Activity Report request 
  • $15 per hour for general research 
  • $50 monthly per reactivation 
  • $1.25 per transaction of Truck Stop Transaction
  • $50 for a returned item
  • $10 for paper invoice and reporting 
  • 2% fee for international currency conversion 

The fee should be paid within 15 days after Billing Cycle subject to $75 or 8.99% whichever is the higher penalty for late payment
