Peel 3 medium onions and chop them finely. Finely chop 1 garlic clove. Melt 75 grams of butter in a saucepan. Saute the chopped onion and garlic, 1 bay leaf, 1 sprig of fresh thyme, and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Continue sauteing over low heat for about 25-30 minutes. When the onions are well softened, fry them over high heat for about 4-5 minutes. 

If you wish, you can add half a cup of red wine and continue the sautéing process. When the wine has evaporated, remove the thyme and bay leaf, and set aside the onions for soaking. Mix 300 grams of cottage cheese and 50 grams of labneh cheese in a bowl. Add the caramelized onions and serve without waiting after adding as much salt and pepper as you like.

Chili Thai Dip 

In this recipe, which is quite suitable for those who are looking for a different dip recipe, boil 1 cup of water and 1 cup of rice vinegar in a saucepan over high heat. Peel 20 grams of ginger and 5 cloves of garlic, and grate. Chop 3 chili peppers into small pieces. Add 1 cup of granulated sugar, grated ginger and garlic, chopped chili pepper, one tablespoon of ketchup, and as much black pepper as you like to the boiling rice vinegar and boil for another 5 minutes.

Artichoke and Spinach Dip 

Set the oven to 170 degrees. Add 400 grams of artichoke hearts and 2 cups of chopped spinach to the prepared mixture, and continue to mix gently. Transfer the prepared mixture to borscht and add 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese to it and bake for about 25 minutes. Serve it with the addition of crackers.


Heat the electric grill by bringing it to medium heat. Fry half a kilo of tomatoes, 1 onion that has not been peeled but cut in the middle, 1 garlic that has not been peeled, and 1 hot pepper nicely.
