For a fuss-free recovery process, the requirements which are set forth by Savers policy must be followed. In-person or postal returns, both can be made to their store. Unfortunately, credit reimbursement is not possible for most of the products. However, given the right conditions, minor home products, apparel, and accessories may be replaceable. An exchange will be possible when the original tags are still intact. Returns have to be made within 28 days from the day of purchase. The product has to be returned on the day of purchase to get the entire money that was paid for it.

Returning products to a store is a very easy process. First, go to your Savers account, select the ‘Order’ and choose the details of the order you want to return. Select Submit and with this information, you’ll be able to download and print what they call the ‘Return Summary’.
