For example, a 75-year-old man after paying $200 to get the hearing aids discovered that it was faulty. He tried severally to reach the customer care service but he couldn’t, he eventually had to give up. Now, this is just one of the many other people who have lost their money to this company. It is sad.

In conclusion, one can only say that the complaints seemed valid because 90% of all the reviews were negative.
