This warranty lasts for a limited duration of 3 years from the day of purchase. Within this window, Any Casegoods Bernhardt product will be fixed or changed so long the following requirements are met. 

a. That the item was purchased from a company-authorized dealer. 

b. That the product was purchased for residential use only, and will not be resold or deployed for commercial purposes. 

c. That the products or any of its parts have not been modified or some parts have not been changed and replaced with other non-Bernhardt parts. 

d. That the item is damaged but not caused by any of the following: Misusage or manhandling, poor or improper maintenance culture, usual wear and tear, accidents, exposure to sunlight or hazardous materials,  wrong usage, or damage caused by transportation service during delivery. 

2. Outdoor Limited Warranty
