  • A Pickup person via FedEx would be allotted to pick up the purchased items if the status of the return is showing success. 
  • The products to be returned has to be in original packaging along with the shipping or purchase receipt. 
  • Your shipping, gift-wrapping or any other additional expenditures will not be taken into account while calculating your refund. 
  • You will receive a refund of only the original amount that you have purchased with the product. 

Note: Returns cannot be made via mail. It is available either by visiting the shop and proposing the complaint or through apps as mentioned above for online returns.

If in case you have lost your purchase receipt, don’t worry, you can still return your products. For this, you need your photo ID proof, the merchandise return card and the original product. The retailers can also access your purchase through their purchase history stored in their respective computers with an input of the customer’s phone number. Remember to give the phone number which you used during your purchase. 

Electronics, pumps and filters, grooming items, non-prescribed drugs, and supplements costing more than $10 can only be returned if you have the original receipt. It would be difficult to get a refund if the receipt is missing.
