Departmental Return Policy

Photos made on special orders will not be returned. Within 60 days after the purchase date, the finalized portraits on sale could be returned. The package must include the sales invoice.

Products from SEPHORA must be returned within 60 days of purchase, including the receipt. You could show your debit or credit card that you used if you don’t have a receipt and yet want to return your goods.

Optical Lenses, Glasses, and Frames 

If unopened within 24 hours after delivery, optical lenses, bespoke glasses, frames, and eyewear might be returned or exchanged. A customer would receive a complete refund in this situation. If a consumer is still unhappy with the goods, they can be replaced within 60 days of purchase as long as it has not been used or damaged. But it does not guarantee a full refund. Products Made to Order

Orders for custom blinds, shades, and draperies are based on your preferences and specifications. Any transactions would be repaid if and only if they were canceled within 24 hours of the transaction taking place. The things cannot be returned once they are delivered.

Major Health Equipment 

Fitness trackers, health measuring equipment, and smartwatches are among the things that can be returned within 10 days.

Electronic Major Appliances

Within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise, you can return major appliances and fitness equipment. They, however, cannot be returned to the store.

Mattresses and furniture

Mattresses and furniture can be returned for a refund within 45 days after purchase. Mattresses should be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
