In the year 2019, the Jumeirah group launched its loyalty program called “Jumeirah Sirius Loyalty Program”, which is a points-oriented reward offering program for the customers who have stayed loyal to the services offered by the company. The customers can sign up for the loyalty program by signing up on the company’s website or by visiting the Jumeirah property and filling out the application form. The following are the ways of attaining the points by staying in the Jumeirah properties from around the world:

  • A member guest would initially get two points as his/her membership balance and two points for every dollar spent on the Jumeirah property (Not applicable on Zabeel House of the Jumeirah group).
  • If you book a stay at Zabeel House, the Greens, then the members would get two points (one point for membership and one as a part of the loyalty program).
  • If you are at the silver or gold level of loyalty program membership, then you would earn 50% bonus points per dollar spent on the property of Jumeirah.
  • If you are a new member of the loyalty program, then you can earn points for your booking a max of 6 months before taking the membership. For this, the purchase receipt and proof of payment must be provided.

The loyalty program has three levels of membership. The following are the levels are benefits associated with them:

  1.  Blue Membership (0 – 9999 points): When the customers register for the loyalty program, they attain the status of blue level membership. The benefits available at this level are:
  • Internet access at all of Jumeirah’s properties is free of cost.
  • Except for the Zabeel Hotel, get a free night’s stay at any of Jumeirah’s properties worldwide.
  • Avail of a 10% discount on the spa services offered.
  • An exclusive 10% discount if you bring a total of five guests (including you) to the Wild Wadi Park situated in Dubai.
  1.  Silver Membership (10000 – 39999 points): When the member collects a minimum of 10000 points, then he/she can upgrade to the silver membership level. The benefits available at this level are:
  • Internet access at all of Jumeirah’s properties is free of cost.
  • Except for Zabeel hotel, get a free complimentary breakfast (available for two) for a stay at any of Jumeirah’s properties.
  • Availability of checkout facilities until 4 pm.
  • Avail of a 10% discount on the spa services offered.
  • An exclusive 10% discount if you bring a total of five guests (including you) to the Wild Wadi Park situated in Dubai.
  • Avail of a 10% discount on the restaurants of any Jumeirah property.
  1.  Gold Membership (40000 and above points): When the member collects a minimum of 40000 points, then he/she can upgrade to the gold membership level. The benefits available at this level are:
  • Internet access at all of Jumeirah’s properties is free of cost.
  • Except for Zabeel hotel, get a free complimentary breakfast (available for two) for a stay at any of Jumeirah’s properties.
  • Get exclusive access to the executive club lounge on your stay at any of Jumeirah’s property for yourself and 1 more guest.
  • Availability of checkout facilities until 6 pm.
  • Get a complimentary transfer to the airport for your stay (except for the Zabeel property). 
  • Avail of a 20% discount on the spa services offered.
  • An exclusive 25% discount if you bring a total of five guests (including you) to the Wild Wadi Park situated in Dubai.
  • Avail of a 10% discount on the restaurants of any Jumeirah property.
  • For a stay with three more guests, you all can get exclusive access to the Burj Al Arab.
  • You can also avail the benefits of the Jumeirah Elite’s ISME service.
