For international customers, the process remains the same as that of Canadian customers and the order mailing address remains the same too.
You are required to remove previous shipping labels or information from the outside of the box. And you are recommended to keep the shipment receipt with you till the whole transaction has been completed.
Refund in all the above cases
In all the 3 cases the refund money will be sent to you in the original path it was deducted from while you were making a purchase. “The original payment path” here means the way of payment you used while making the purchase.
You can also get your money back in the form of an online credit form in your lulus’ account. If you choose to receive your refund using an online credit form, you will receive an additional $5 in lulu’s online credit. Late returns are not eligible for the extra credit.

It generally takes up to 10 business days after your product has reached the warehouse they will send you a confirmation mail once your refund has been initiated.
- Is there a return label available for US territories, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses?
They do offer return labels for some reasons of Alaska and Hawaii but not all locations.
APO/FPO requires a USPS label to be eligible to return. They do not return labels to territories in the United States.
- Can you exchange my orders more than once?
Yes you can but the catch here is that the first exchange will be free of any ground shipping but after 1st exchange, you will be entitled to pay additional shipping charges
- Will you get charged for the return shipping?
Currently, they are not providing return labels to customers located outside of the US. If you are someone who lives outside the US then they are responsible for the return shipping.
