Any product(s) that are defective, used, missing relevant documents, or filthy cannot be returned or replaced. Customers will be refunded to the payment method they first used to pay for the product, or their exchange request will be fulfilled if the item meets the return criteria. All returns and exchanges may need 14 working days to sort out. 

How to return a product to Dior 

To submit a return request, you have to follow these steps:
