Return period 

Husqvarna gives its customer up to 30 days from the day of purchase to return any purchased equipment they are not satisfied. The product should either be

  • Fully functional 
  • Undamaged

Restocking fee

  • Attachments for tractors -15% of the pre-tax purchase price

Reasons for return

The following are the reasons eligible for the return of equipment to Husqvarna as outlined in the return policy.

  • Damaged or defective sent to a customer.

Husqvarna will replace or refund the customer if the equipment is damaged or defective. At times some products are repairable; hence Husqvarna can refer the customer to their nearest repair center.  

  • Wrong order 

An order made by the customer might be wrong in terms of color, size, or model number or Husqvarna might have sent a wrong order to the customer. 

  • Equipment not working 

Equipment purchased by a customer and on arrival, that does not work on arrival are eligible for refund, repair, or replacement by Husqvarna.  

  • Cost of returns

Husqvarna refunds the customer shipping and handling fees if the equipment was shipped damaged or defective else the fees are non-refundable. 

Process of return 

Below is the process followed by customers whenever they need to return the equipment to Husqvarna.

  • Customer contacts Husqvarna Customer Care and should have their equipment order number.
  • The customer then provides the reason for the return of the equipment  
  • If the reason and the order number are eligible for refund, repair, or replacement, a customer is assigned a return authorization number 
  • The customer then ships the equipment to Husqvarna with all the components it came with or is directed to the nearest Husqvarna repair center for repair. 

Husqvarna suggests the customer ships the equipment with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance service as Husqvarna will not bear the cost of damaged or lost equipment during return. 

  • Husqvarna receives the shipment and inspects the equipment. Depending on its condition they can either approve or deny refund or replacement or refund the customer partially. 

Returns turn-around time

Husqvarna assures customers of 10-15 business days from the date they receive their return shipment for the refund to be credited to the customer.
