For a faulty phone, a customer should return it to Currys within 30 days from the purchase or delivery date, unwanted phones purchased online are to be returned within 14 days if purchased in a Currys store its return period is 21 days.

If the return is approved can either be directed to the nearest Currys store near them or they will be required to fill in a return form and take their package for postage to Currys at DPD pickup shop or get the package collected from their home to be shipped to Currys. 

Unwanted phone purchase 

If a customer has changed their mind on the phone they have purchased from Currys, they can return it to any Currys store near them or can either fill in a return form and take their package for postage to Currys at DPD pickup shop or get the package collected from their home to be shipped to Currys. 

Damaged phone or incorrect order 

The customer whose phone has been damaged and would like to return it to Currys is required to first get in touch with Currys using www.currys.co.uk/services/webchat.html and get the package collected from their home to be shipped to Currys for exchange or refund.   

4. Refund period in Currys mobile phone return policy 

The refund process begins once the returned package reaches Currys where Currys will verify the condition of the phone and its contents and start processing the refund. Currys guarantees customers to receive their phone refund within 14 days from the date the returned package was delivered to Currys.

Limitations to Currys mobile phone return policy 

A customer cannot return the phone they bought online to a Currys store as the return will not be accepted but the customer must contact Currys for the return approval and instructions. 

If a customer’s phone is damaged accidentally, neglected, or due to wear and tear Currys will not offer repair services of such phone as the reasons leading to damage is not covered in the Currys phone return policy.
