Within seven days of purchase, products may be exchanged or returned to the store for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging and its original condition, and it must include everything that was included in the actual purchase.

History of Tepperman Ltd.

The founder, Nate Tepperman, started his business by traveling door to door to sell and promote his company’s products and services to consumers in 1925. The first location, on Ottawa Street, was established in 1929 and remains in operation today. With time, Tepperman Ltd has evolved to become one of the largest companies of its kind in Canada, with over 100 years of experience. Any damage to products, property, or premises caused by a faulty gas or water hook-up and the installation of any gas or electrical item, regardless of the reason, will not be covered by Tepperman’s and will be the Customer’s responsibility. It will be covered by the delivery agent responsible.

Shipping and delivery options are available- Shipping and delivery options are available for all of the purchased items (including priority deliveries) to be delivered to their Windsor, London, Ancaster, and Kitchener locations in Canada on the same day that the order is placed. When requesting delivery or pick-up, customers must submit their invoices to obtain their goods.
