Dekkoo Channel Content on Amazon Prime
The Dekkoo channel provides content like movies on LGBTQ topics specifically on gay people. In terms of LGBTQ television or film, there is little continuity or constancy of varied programming. For example, when you consider the so-called “gay” area of Netflix, there are just a few programs devoted to “queer voices” there. Having “The L Word” on repeat via Amazon Prime is also of little assistance. The selection of gay programs on mainstream services is still rather small.
Hence to give fresh gay content in the form of interesting movies to viewers, Derek Curl and Brian Sokel, from Philadelphia, founded a subscription streaming service program called dekko. The channel purely focuses on LGBT+-related material, especially created by and for gay men. It offers both programs from external sources and their original and unique content also.
