For now, Hulu is only airing 3 seasons of Criminal Minds, which are the last 3 of the show (season 13, season 14, and season 15). There are a few shows that are not on Hulu, probably due to Hulu not being licensed to carry those particular shows.
Although CBS owns Criminal Minds, Hulu’s partnership deal with Netflix might be the main reason all the seasons are not available to stream on Hulu.
