Being a responsible company, Gazelle has certain liabilities towards its customers and the products it sells. And above all, customer satisfaction carries the utmost importance. In certain instances, customers might not be satisfied with the product. 

Since they are already second-hand products, minor defects will not be astounding to them. So to keep their customers on good terms with the company, Gazelle has certain return policies for the mobile phones bought from their company.

1. Do they accept product returns?

Yes, Gazelle does accept requests for the return of their product. According to their return policy, the customer needs to keep in mind the following points:

  • The return request will only be accepted within 30 days after the delivery of the product. The product should not be in an altered condition when it is returned. It should be just the same as it was delivered.
  • The return request can be generated through the order summary page in the customer’s account or from the official website of Gazelle. 
  • In case the query is not being solved, the customers can contact the company by calling at 1-800-Gazelle or by sending an email to them.

2. Duration of getting the refund for a return:

The customers would be able to receive their refund after the return of the product. When the returned product is delivered to the company’s warehouse, it would take approximately 5-7 business days to transfer the refund amount to the customer’s account. 

In case the purchase of the order was through Affirm, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s account after one billing cycle.

3. Do they replace the item that has been returned?

No, unfortunately, Gazelle does not provide a product replacement facility. They would only provide you with a refund after the product has been returned to their warehouse. The return request should be within 30 days of the delivery of the product according to their return policies.

4. Exchange of products:

Gazelle is currently not entertaining any exchange deals. They do not exchange any product that was purchased from their company.

  • For Trade-in of product: Customers might wish to sell off their old mobile phones or gadgets to Gazelle. The product needs to be packaged exactly according to the company’s terms and conditions. 

The product should be accompanied by all the accessories mentioned in the description given by the user or customer. The accessories might include chargers and adapters to the manual of the product. In case the product package does not meet these requirements, the deal will collapse.

  • For the return of a product: If a customer wishes to return an unsatisfactory product, it should be sent with all the accompanied items that were present in the delivery package. The product should be returned in just the same condition as it was when received by the customer.
  • Presence of data in the product: While sending the product to Gazelle, one should make sure that all the previous data has been removed from the product. It should be completely free from any kind of personal or normal data.

No, free shipping service is not available at Gazelle. The shipping charges are fixed and the shipping services provided at Gazelle are through UPS and FedEx.
