  • The product must be packed in the original packaging for return, including the manuals, to avoid the imposition of a 15% restocking fee.

Refund 

After receiving the returned product, the company inspects the condition of the item, and once the product meets the quality check, the company initiates the refund. The refund will be received by the customer within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item arrives back at the company’s warehouse.   • If the shipment goes missing, the customer must contact within three business days from the date of expected delivery.

It is to be noted that the customer cannot return the product to the retailer for warranty services.
  • The customer has to keep the proof of purchase along with the generator when he/she approaches the repair facility as suggested by the Customer Service Representative.
  • While returning for warranty service, the customer is obligated to pay the shipping charges prior. 
  • The product is packed in the original or equivalent container to prevent any damage during the shipment.
