When demands became higher, Mark and his wife, Dianne moved operations to Dolores, and then later to Colorado by 1990 and expanding to Cortez by 1994. Although they later built an outstanding production structure in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam by 2003 when demand increased in Europe, Cortez remains their headquarters.

Osprey child safety products LLC takes care of any damage or defect for child carriers and accessories free of charge within the first seven years of purchase. 

In case of inability to repair, the product will be replaced without charges. 

SOLELDEN/SOPRIS Pro 

Osprey packs  Inc. will repair any damage or defect to the Osprey avalanche airbag backpack free of charge during the first five years of purchase. 

If repair couldn’t be done, it will be replaced. This, however, excludes Alpride E1 Airbag system. 

The brand is, however, not responsible for any damage after the first five years.
