These are some methods that you can follow to solve your issues or queries:

Search for the issue you have in the search bar given in the site’s support section. Most of the time, problems are prevalent and can be solved using this method, but if this method does not give you the desired information, you should move to the following method.

Step 1

Log in to your Rockstar account by entering your credentials, and now there are some options: 

  • Change email: You can change your registered email address using this option.
  • Manage 2-step verification: This is a security option that you can enable or disable. When enabled, your primary device needs to provide the authorization for the login process to continue.
  • Connectivity and performance issues: If you have any FPS drops, unstable ping, or other kinds of problems, you should select this option, and you might be able to fix the issues or learn about them.
  • Purchases and rewards: This option will show you all the purchase history and problems related to it.
  • Gameplay: This option enables you to see the problems you might be having inside a game or get some help in playing the game.
  • Player safety and trust: Through this, you can report any other players who might have tried to harass you online or someone other or used some inappropriate language or used any kind of illegal external devices while playing games. This option ensures every player is given the same rights and power when playing games.

If you have any of these problems, you should use the options and read the resources that have been provided by Rockstar, and you might find what you are looking for.

If you are unable to find the issue that you are having in the given options or might be having some difficulty fixing the issue, you should submit a case to Rockstar for this. You must select the option “Contact Us” at the bottom of the webpage.

Here you can do two things

  • Use the filters to pinpoint the issue you are having. You will be shown issues that have been seen before by other users and have been solved. You will most probably find the issue you are having here if you do the second thing.
  • You should submit your custom case by describing the problem in no more than 500 words, and a screenshot and your email should also be provided. In the future, you will be notified when the issue has been resolved or if any additional query is required by the Rockstar support team.
  • After receiving the email, you should either follow the link provided or select the option on the support page to see all cases. This option would show you if the case you submitted were either solved or not.
  • If none of this is working, you can also email us using the address that we have provided and mention your case number if you have one.

  • The website is not working. Does it show an error 503?

It would help if you waited for some hours or a day and then tried again. The servers might be unavailable right now.

  • My case is not getting solved. Is it been more than a day?

It can sometimes take more than one day to resolve a request. Please be patient.

  • I am unable to log in?

You should call Rockstar support or email the info that is being provided in the contact section.

  • I have been banned?

If you think you were banned for the wrong reason or none, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us through email with your Rockstar ID.

  • 2-step verification not working?
