1. Harmon Face Values

In 2002, Bed Bath & Beyond acquired Harmon Face Values (earlier known as Harmon Stores) in a cash deal. It is the first company acquired by Bed Bath & Beyond. A New Jersey-based cosmetics, health, and beauty retailer. It has a wide variety of health and beauty essentials.
