  6. Go through your preferred restaurant’s menu to make a choice. Select items to add to your cart. After that, you select ‘add order ‘.You’ll be given the option, sometimes, to customize your food choice or include ingredients.
  7. Place an order: After you’ve chosen all your food items, tap on your cart and choose ‘checkout ‘ and you’ll be redirected to a screen where your order, delivery and service fee, and a total of your payment. If you’re satisfied with everything, you can proceed to place your order.
  8. Track your order: You’ll be notified when the restaurant begins to prepare the food and be able to monitor your delivery from start to finish in case of any issue or delay. You’ll also be given an estimated arrival time for your order.
  9. Receive the order: You’ll also be notified when the delivery driver is pulling up at your location. You can either decide to go and receive the order yourself, outside, or to wait for them to knock and hand it over to you.
