Data plans:

There are five data plans available for Virgin sim cards. They provide 2GB, 5GB, 24GB, 60GB and Unlimited data respectively. There are also several offers associated with each data pack provided by third-party companies such as Apple Inc. (For example Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Fitness, etc.).

Phones:

If those specific models of phones are available in your location, Virgin mobile provides those as well. If you are on Supertab, you can upgrade but you will have to do it using additional steps. You have to pay off full for Supertab when you:

  • switch your plan to a 2-year agreement
  • upgrade to a new phone,
  • leave Virgin Mobiles

Once you pay the balance off, you can upgrade using the same steps as above, through the app or the website.

Online upgrade:

You have to login into the website with your Virgin mobile account. If you don’t have one, you can make one by signing in with your email address. Once you log in or sign in, you will find the option of ‘Plans and Device’. If you will see a plan already present there. Then you can go and change plans suitable to you.
