There are two conditions under which you won’t be charged the restocking fee in Best Buy.

  • If the product you purchased has not been opened and you decide to return it then a restocking fee won’t be reprimanded.
  • If you are a member of Best Buy Totaltech then a restocking fee won’t be incurred on your product.

Quality of the products accepted if they have to be returned

As per Best Buy’s policy of return, the product you wish to return must not be damaged, dirty, or missing any major components. Best Buy considers it best when your commodities are in like new condition when you opt for a return. To increase your chances of your return getting approved you can bring the product in its original packaging. 

If you are returning clothes then they must never have been worn or washed and they must possess their original tags.
