The Warranties explained:

  1.  Star Furniture does not offer any warranty on items sold as cash counters.
  2.  All of the warranty is invalid on the merchandise that is damaged, pet damaged, or roughed up.
  3.  Star Furniture does cover all furniture parts and labor for up to 12 months filled with manufacturer defects. The Parts covered are under:
  • The Frames
  • The Metal Parts
  • The Springs
  • The Peeling of fabric

 If a delivered good is found to have a manufacturing fault in the first year, a servicing mechanic will visit the home for examining the goods and making the repairs. If these items cannot be salvaged anyway, Star allows exchange for the defective products or issues credit in response. If the consumer moves out of the service area of Star, they will have to carry the goods to Star warehouses for the same.

  1.  The consumers who picked up their goods and stuff are responsible for bringing any or all items back to Star’s warehouse for repairs which are due to manufacturing faults within the first year. If one is in Star’s local service area, one can choose to pay for domestic services.
  2. After the first year the consumers are responsible for any and all dues for parts and labor charges.
  3. Servicing charges for the labor are $79.00 which includes the first hour. $25.00 for the hour and an additional ½ hour as listed.
  4.  The Parts are priced at the manufacturer’s will.

The Mattress Warranties as under:

  1.  For the purpose of Tempur-pedic repairs calling Tempur-pedic customer service at 1-888-811-5053 is a common method.
  2. The Stains and soiling with missing law labels and other signs of roughing up void the warranty altogether.
  3.  The Body impressions of 2 inches are under a reliable bracket.
  4.  No returns are made for beds and accessories.
  5.  The Star Furniture covers all mattresses for a year against manufacturing faults. The Parts covered under the manufacturer defects are as follows:

After two years, there will be a $50.00 service fee charged.

Any exchanges after two years in Star’s local service area will be charged with a $99 delivery fare.

The 90 Day of Mattress Comfort Guarantee/warranty

  1. This Applies to goods of $1499 or more in price. After purchasing the mattress protector.
  2.  They can exchange your mattress one time, within three months of purchase, for a new mattress of equivalent or extended value, provided one has slept on it for a month and has kept it in brand-new condition by using a mattress defender also purchased from Star Furniture at the same time of mattress purchase. A $99.00 delivery cost is levied before exchange time. There is no return on a fixable basis or any peripherals that are bought. 
  3.  For the reasons one receives a free good at the time of purchasing and one receives an early refund one must incur for the free items alike. Star will subtract the cost of these free items from the refund.
