- Any defect that is deemed to be caused by Touchstone crystal will be replaced free of any extra charge.

Touchstone offers a Lifetime Replacement Policy for a flat fee.
- If the retail value of the product purchased is less than $59.99 but is damaged after 90 days of period.
The product will be replaced for $15.00 including tax.
- If the retail value of is the product purchased is
$60.00 or more but it was damaged after 90 days.
The product will be replaced for $25.00 including tax.
