Zenna will charge for the upgrade price if the owner wants to exchange tires for an expensive pair including delivery charges and any additional taxes. Zenna will pay the price gap if the owner wants to exchange the current tire for a low-cost tire.
Tires must be returned to an authorised Zenna tires dealership centre within the first 30 days. The original receipt, invoice, and evidence of procurement must be shown to the dealership. The reason for exchange and discontent must be stated on Zenna’s adjustment form.
Mileage/Tread Wear Warranty
Zenna also offers a mileage/tread wear warranty on its tires. Zenna will replace the tire at a prorated coat if the tire wears out sooner than expected i.e. 2/32 tread wear for less than 60,000 miles. What does not come with the Zenna Tire Warranty?
- Zenna’s warranty policy only applies to the original owner and tiers. Anyone other than the owner cannot claim a warranty.
