- in the 6th – 9th month of delivery of the mattress – you will be charged 30% of the actual purchase cost
- From the 9th to 12th month of the delivery of the mattress – you will be charged a total of 505 of the actual purchase cost.

- The delivery fee of the originally purchased mattress is not refundable.
- You will be charged $110.00 as the pick-up fee for your old mattress. The only exception is if there is any manufacturing defect in it.

- Return of mattress – the return of mattress applies only to Hastens mattresses. In this you have to use the mattress at least for 30 days then after the completion of the first 30 days, you have the time of another 30 days to apply for the return of the mattress.

Step 1 – in case of any unsatisfaction after the use of the mattress, you are required to use it for 30 days then apply for its return by contacting a salesperson at Bloomingdales either physically or online
