They offer solid wooden frames for many of their upholstered options as well. The Dump’s mattress collection is among their most popular furniture items. The Dump carries a limited number of mattresses from popular brand names like Serta, as well as some more expensive ones like Aireloom.

Mattress Return Policy 

Dump factories do not allow mattresses to be returned. If your mattress is defective, however, let them know within 48 hours of your purchase. A repair technician from The Dump will come to your home and repair the mattress in either the case where you accept the mattress or reimbursement from The Dump will be made. The Dump will replace the mattress in the case of home delivery and there will be no additional delivery fee for a second delivery if you refuse to accept the mattress.

General Return Policy

Dump representatives can be reached at 1-800-768-0348 to examine & report damage or defect on the day of pickup or before the delivery driver leaves your residence. Stock items may only be exchanged or professionally restored if they are damaged or defective, at their discretion, since each piece is unique, and natural materials vary from piece to piece; items will not be exchanged for slight variations and natural imperfections in wood grain, leather, and fabric dye lots. Dump floor samples, clearance merchandise, and as-is items are sold “as is” with no obligations to The Dump in the future. If a delivery is refused, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be assessed; delivery fees are not refundable.

Refund Policy based on the Payment method

Following are the terms under which refunds, if applicable, are processed: When the merchandise is returned to The Dump in nearly the same condition as when you bought it, you will be reimbursed by check from the Dump’s corporate office within 5 business days. Returns are refunded via check from The Dump’s corporate office and mailed to the address The Dump has on record for you either 14 business days after the original date of sale or after the merchandise is brought back to The Dump in essentially the same condition as when bought, whichever comes first;

If you return merchandise to The Dump that is in substantially the same condition as when you purchased it, you will be refunded electronically (to your debit or credit card) by the store within five business days. Upon their return to The Dump in substantially the same condition as when purchased, credit is provided to your account within 3 business days through the corporate office of The Dump; and for more information, please contact the store guest services department.


No mattresses can be returned to the dump factory. Defective mattresses can however be reported within 48 hours of purchase.

Order cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before deliveries or pickups. If you want to cancel an order, you can call or email Dump customer service or the outlet from which you purchased it. Any delays in the delivery of the merchandise to you will not be the responsibility of The Dump or its representatives.

Sadly not. Mattresses, décor, and accessory items are not covered by the GBS 5 Year Protection Plan.
