If the product was shipped from a brick-and-mortar store of Tesco, it needs to be returned within 14 days to the store along with all the belongings such as a headset, charger, earphones, battery, and SIM card, which were accompanied with it at the time of purchase.

 2. Return and repair within two weeks to less than one year: If the phone bought from Tesco goes through any breakdown less than a year from its purchase, it can be returned to the company for repair purposes. 

However, you need to keep in mind that any externally afflicted physical damage will not be resolved or repaired under the warranty conditions.

3. Repair after one year from the date of purchase: The warranty period expires after one year from the date of purchase. But customers can send their defective phone for a repair to the company. 

However, the repair will not be free of cost, and the company charges for its repair services. The cost of repair will be sent to the customer before repairing it, and after the repair, the payment will be made online through debit or credit card.

4. Return after one year of purchase: Now, the customer might wish to save themselves from the hassle of the repairing process and return the phone for good without any repairs. 

In this situation, Tesco’s return policy allows the customer to return the phone after paying an administration fee of €10.

How to return the phone for repair?

Customers can return their faulty phone for repair by calling at the Customer care contact of Tesco on 1749. The company will receive the request and log a return for the customer. One can also visit the Tesco store from where the phone was purchased and the customer service desk will help them with the further return process.

How long does it take to complete the return process?

The whole return process will take at least ten to fourteen business days from the date of return request being made. Once the phone has been returned by the customer and received by the company, refund will be debited to the customer’s account. But remember, the refund will be made only if the phone has been returned within thirty days from the date of its purchase.
