How to go about your Shipt Membership?
1. Sign up
Signing up on the Shipt website is just a matter of filling out your details; this will create a personal account through which you can place orders or enroll in the membership option. Shipt’s app is also available in all app stores for this purpose
When you sign up for shipt there 3 main ways you can start

● Shipt Annual membership.
2. Orders
Your order can place orders from your choice stores through the app or a web browser. You can easily add items to your cart by using the green (+) sign. You can schedule your delivery at your most convenient time. Shipt is only available with some select stores depending on your location

Some items are black-listed and may attract extra fees. Here is a list of the restricted items according to shipt.

3. Renewal & Canceling
Subscriptions automatically renew. However, you can change your membership plan at any
time. You can also verify the details of your membership plan in your profile. you can cancel a membership plan at any time, but it is best to do so before the auto-renewal Contact the customer service team at support@shipt.com if you are having trouble.
Shipt Membership offers what Benefits?
Among the many benefits of a membership plan, one of the most notable is unlimited free delivery. Since your order is above $35 it will be delivered at zero charges. You can also give appraisals to your favorite shoppers and report on their services. This allows you to have control over which shopper takes your orders
Can I get a free Membership?
There are free memberships available for a limited time if you aren’t convinced about the benefits of shipt membership. To benefit from the free membership there are two ways
- Target circle: The Target circle program provides members with discounts and offers year-round. Members of Target circle are eligible for a free six-month trial of shipt membership.
Target acquired shipt in 2017 for $550million, enabling members to enjoy benefits from shipt.
- Visa credit card: in 2021 shipt announced a special deal with a visa consumer credit card. Based on the type of card you have each member is eligible for up to 3 years of free membership
New shipt members signing up with a visa credit card is qualified for the following :
● Infinite credit cardholders—Free membership lasts up to 3 years
● Signature credit cardholders—Free membership for 3 months coupled with 50% discounted membership for 9 months
● Other credit cardholders—Free membership for 30 days plus 50% off the monthly membership price
If you are already a member of the ship, then you qualify for free membership on renewal. You can also benefit from these offers
● Infinite credit cardholders: Extra extension of membership for up to 3 years.
● Signature credit cardholders: Extra 6-month extension of membership.
● Other credit cardholders: Extra 3-month extension of membership.
What if the store doesn’t have my orders?
In the event the stores do not have your preferred orders, your shopper will send you a text suggesting substitutes for you. However, should you not be pleased with the suggestion, you can update your substitution preference
Your course of action in your substitution preference is
● Contact me: when an item is out of stock, your shopper will ask you about it and try to suggest an alternative.
● Choose for me: If no suitable substitute is available, the shopper will use their best judgment to find one. You will be contacted if further information is needed
● Do not substitute: in this scenario, shoppers won’t consider substitutes.
