The cancellation of your subscription at CorePower depends on the medium or device you’ve used to subscribe to them. So, we’ll be discussing each way there is to cancel the membership in the article.
Usually, a member buys a subscription in the following ways;
- By visiting the website or app
- By Apple or any IOS device
- By android or any android device
- By Roku devices
- By Amazon or Amazon Prime
How to cancel the membership from different mediums:
- Website or app: if you’ve subscribed by visiting the official website or app for CorePower, then you’ll need to;
- Log in to your CorePower account.
- Open the SETTINGS menu.
- Select “MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS”.
- Select “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION”.
- A pop-up will appear with the options- PAUSE or CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
- If you choose CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, then your subscription will be canceled.
- If you choose PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION, then, the cancellation will be suspended, and another pop-up menu will appear.
- There’ll be options for you to select the period you want to put your membership to a halt.
- Choose one of these options or choose “No thanks, I want to cancel” for canceling permanently.
- Select “CONTINUE”.
- You’ll see a final optional survey. To finalize, select “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION”.
- A configuration window will inform you that your subscription has been canceled.
An email will also be sent to you to confirm your subscription. If you don’t receive any such email, then double-check your membership.

- Select CorePower’s subscription

- Android Devices: To cancel your subscription through any Android device;
- Sign in to your Google account associated with your subscription
- Select “My Subscriptions”

- Roku devices: To unsubscribe from a Roku streaming device, you need to do this;
- Press the HOME button that is on your Roku remote
- Highlight CorePower’s channel using the directional pad of your remote

You can maximum pause your CorePower subscription for about two to three months at one time. You won’t be charged for this but this feature isn’t available to annual subscribers. Also, you can pause your account only if you’ve subscribed through the CorePower website or app.
Does CorePower have a cancellation fee for reservations?
You won’t be charged to cancel your reservation unless you cancel it before your cancellation cutoff. There’s a Late Cancel / No Show Fee of $15 in case you do not take the classes you’ve reserved.
I can’t log in to my CorePower account. What to do?
If you can’t log in to your CorePower account, then it’s mainly because you got your login credentials wrong. In that case, check your log-in credentials once again. If you can’t log in because you forgot your password, then click on “Reset your password”. Type in the email associated with your CorePower account and a restoration link will be sent to your email. Use the link to reset your password.
Can you cancel your membership after two weeks?
If your membership is still under a free trial, then you can end it whenever you want.
