  1. A lifetime Warranty is offered on the Frames utilized in Upholstered and Leather Products. Labor coverage of up to a year can be accessed. (Kindly note that ‘Lifetime’ refers to the normal useful life of the product under reasonable use.

  6. Cushioning products the ones that come along with the furniture in a loose form and the ones that come attached to the furniture both are provided a 1-year limited warranty and 1-year labor coverage.
  7. A one-year warranty and a year of labor coverage are offered on the leather and upholstery fabric.
  8. Items like comforters z bed skirts, pillow shams, and any accent pillows that come along with a comforter set have a 30-day warranty and also include coverage of 30 days.
  9. Finishes and all other furniture products of Ashley’s are covered under a year of warranty and labor coverage. 

Limitations and Exceptions: Ashley Furniture Warranty

Some certain limitations and exceptions apply to the Limited Warranties of Ashley Furniture, they are as follows:-

Except for Unattached Cushion, all products of Ashley Furniture can be repaired and if it is beyond repair then a replacement can be offered for the same. However, please do note that refunds will not be provided. 

If the materials aren’t available within your warranty period then Ashely’s has the right to replace them with better or equal quality products. But, in replacement, the color of the fabrics can vary.

Ashley Furniture will pay from the date of purchase up to one year for the reasonable and customary labor rates or replace the defective parts of the commodity during the coverage of the Labour period. When the labor coverage expires then the retail purchaser is responsible for all the costs related to transport, packing, and shipping. 

Ashley will under no condition surpass the purchase price of the product or the replacement of it.

A limited warranty of Ashley isn’t accessible if the product has been once altered by any person, dealer, or company without having written authorization from Ashely.
