You’ll receive a return confirmation number from us along with directions on how to send the item back to us. We’ll give a refund in the mode of payment used when the return was originally made when we’ve received and processed it.
Time Needed to Complete a Return

How to return an item to Alo?

You’ll need the email id you used to make the order, with your order number, to begin a return. Once you have these handy, head over to the Returns Center and enter your information. Following that, you may choose the products and the justification for your return.
You’ll be able to print out a pre-paid shipping label from the Returns Center. Please be aware that the cost of mailing your return to us is your responsibility. They recommend sending your return back with a traceable method, like UPS or FedEx, so that you can keep track of it. Once They receive your return, we’ll process it in 30 business days and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
