Nobull offers free return and exchange of products within the 60-day framework from the day of delivery. The products must be in their new, primal and resalable condition for the offer to be valid.
- The products must have their original tags on them, should be unwashed, unopened, unaltered and unconsumed for them to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Footwear should be returned along with their original boxes, as they are a crucial part of product presentation, as well as the extra laces, undamaged.
- Merchandise bought from the store itself has to be returned in the store, and all online purchases are eligible for return and exchange through Nobull’s website.

Can I return a gift card?
Nobull offers digital gift cards to gift your loved ones when you run out of options, so they can choose their own gifts at Nobull. These cards are redeemable during checkout, and are sent via email and contain instructions. Once the gift card is sent to the recipient’s email, the sender receives a confirmation mail.
Currently, Nobull does not offer return and exchange on products purchased through a gift card.
Nobull is also unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels to orders sent for return or refund from outside the United states. The person returning the package from outside the US has to bear all the shipping costs.
Steps to return or exchange ( United states )
- In order to return or exchange a product, You need to go to Nobull’s website, “return and exchange policy” section. If you are a US citizen and want to return a product, you will be redirected to a page, where you are asked to provide the order number and the billing zip code.
- Once you submit the required details online through their portal, You will receive either a prepaid return label or a QR code from their side via email, containing a guide on how to send in your return to them.
- The exchange will be processed once the products have been received by Nobull’s desired carriers.
It can take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed,once it reaches them, so sit tight and be patient. Once that has been done, Your refund will be completed and you will receive an email on your mentioned email address confirming the same.
