In July 2019, the company announced that it would buy back jewelry from retailers and will eventually be smelted. The announcement was made ahead of the brand’s relaunch event in Los Angeles to clear the unsold stock. 

Other than returns, individual customers can exchange their Pandora products that they bought at their stores in unused and original states. 

The offer does come with a few strings attached such as the product shall be returned to the store along with valid proof of your purchase 30 days after the purchase for a full refund. 

Furthermore, even if you lose your receipt, the exchange would be considered for the current price by the store under discretion. 

Non-exchangeable jewelry includes pierced earrings and earring pendants. The products purchased using gift cards are also accepted by the company as the latest update but exchanges can’t be accepted via mail. 

In the case of returns, the company has the same policy but stockists and retailers of multiple brands have their policies.

To exchange your product in any of the Pandora stores, visit the nearest store with the product that is to be exchanged and either the email invoice or the original packing slip. 

You may also choose a different size of the same product or another of the same product in case of any faults in the one you initially bought.

According to the company’s policies, you can exchange the products that were purchased online in any of the local Pandora stores but if you are trying to exchange the product online, follow the steps:

  1. Contact customer care on phone or by “chat with an expert” 
  2. Share your order number and the product number that you would like to get in exchange.
  3. Send the product at hand to their warehouse facility with the prepaid return label or the gift packaging along with the gift note which you received with your order within 14 days of requesting an exchange.
